Terms Before Booking

ALL Appointments are booked via the website.
$50 Deposit is required to book appointment. Deposit will be deducted from the total services.
Hallways are considered a room.
Stairs can not be substituted for a room. They are separately priced.
Closets may be considered a separate room. The technician will confirm via the Pre cleaning walk through.
Prices via a representative or website are a starting quote. Your price will be finalized once the technician does a Pre cleaning walk through on your appointment date before getting started.
Technicians are NOT ALLOWED to move any furniture for insurance purposes.
Your appointment arrival time is a 2 HOUR BLOCK from the time booked via the website.
Make sure your carpet is vacuumed prior to cleaning. Debris free carpet cleans better.
Appointment must be cancelled within 24 hours of service in order to receive refund for deposit or your appointment must be rescheduled for a later date.
