Terms Before Booking

- ALL Appointments are booked via the website.
- $50 Deposit is required to book appointment. Deposit will be deducted from the total services.
- Hallways are considered a room.
- Stairs can not be substituted for a room. They are separately priced.
- Closets may be considered a separate room. The technician will confirm via the Pre cleaning walk through.
- Prices via a representative or website are a starting quote. Your price will be finalized once the technician does a Pre cleaning walk through on your appointment date before getting started.
- Technicians are NOT ALLOWED to move any furniture for insurance purposes.
- Your appointment arrival time is a 2 HOUR BLOCK from the time booked via the website.
- Make sure your carpet is vacuumed prior to cleaning. Debris free carpet cleans better.
- Appointment must be cancelled within 24 hours of service in order to receive refund for deposit or your appointment must be rescheduled for a later date.
